About The Role

Join Range, one of the fastest-growing RIAs in the US, as a Growth Engineer. In this role, you will own the technical infrastructure that powers our acquisition engine, working on a variety of projects that directly impact revenue. You will be responsible for conversion rate optimization, running the experimentation system, and building and maintaining GTM infrastructure. This position offers a range of benefits, including health and wellness coverage, a technology allowance, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) plan, meals, fitness stipends, early exercise eligibility, annual compensation reviews, a boomerang program, and career growth opportunities.

  • Own the technical implementations behind Conversion Rate Optimization, including building and shipping landing page experiments, signup funnels, and dynamic content.
  • Run the experimentation system by building and maintaining the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic used to ship experiments.
  • Build and maintain GTM infrastructure by architecting the integrations connecting the website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms, and debugging across tools when issues arise.
  • Strong JavaScript and SQL skills; experience with React a plus
  • Familiarity with tracking implementations: GA4, Segment or RudderStack, server-side GTM
  • Comfort building integrations across APIs, webhooks, and the tools in a modern GTM stack
  • 5–9 years in growth engineering, web development with a CRO focus, or a similar hands-on role
  • A strong sense of ownership. You ship, you iterate, and you find the next problem to work on without being handed it
  • Direct experience with CRO and A/B testing - you've shipped tests, owned the framework, and have opinions on what works
  • Direct experience with marketing measurement and a strong understanding of growth concepts
  • Fintech, wealth management, or other regulated-industry experience
  • GraphQL experience
