Smart Wednesdays Assistant – Early Years (Ages 3–6)

Join our Smart Wednesdays program as an Early Years Assistant. You will support the teacher in charge throughout a full day of educational, creative, and playful activities for children aged 3 to 6. Your responsibilities will include supervising a group of children, preparing and leading age-appropriate activities, managing daily routines, and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment. This is a fixed-term contract from September 2nd, 2026 to June 17th, 2026, on Wednesdays only from 8:30 to 18:00, located in Aix-en-Provence.

• Assister à la supervision d'un groupe d'enfants d'âge préscolaire dans un environnement sûr et bienveillant.
• Soutenir l'enseignant dans la préparation et la conduite d'activités adaptées à l'âge.
• Aider à gérer les routines quotidiennes (arrivée, repas, temps de sieste, transitions, etc.).

• You are native English.
• You genuinely enjoy working with young children and know how to support them with kindness and enthusiasm.
• You are patient, dynamic, and creative, with the ability to adapt to the needs of 3–6-year-olds.
• Experience in Early Years (nursery, preschool, camps, BAFA/CAP AEPE or equivalent) is a strong advantage but not mandatory..
• You are a team player, comfortable following and supporting the lead teacher.
