About The Role
Join Iterative Health as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll provide exceptional executive support, oversee day-to-day office operations, and help create the structure and operational excellence that enables our CEO and broader team to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, resourceful, and energized by building, improving, and taking ownership.
- Manage the calendars of the Office of the CEO team members, balancing shifting priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports for the CEO and other executives.
- Support executive meetings, board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events by preparing materials and ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting executives in a startup or other PE/VC high-growth organization, where you've successfully managed competing priorities, embraced change, and built scalable ways of working. Experience in professional services is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and calendar management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently
- Ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leaders
- You're eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact at a scaling startup
- You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly
- You're equally comfortable coordinating a board meeting, planning an office event, or solving an unexpected operational challenge
- You enjoy building processes and improving how work gets done
- You have a strong sense of urgency and follow through on every detail
- You anticipate needs before they become requests
- You are resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
