Senior People Operations Specialist

Join Iterantive Health as a Senior People Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in modernizing our People infrastructure through process optimization, automation, and the implementation of new benefits and technologies. You'll be responsible for benefits administration, leave management, HR systems, people analytics, compliance, and operational excellence. • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution, managing benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and annual open enrollment processes.
• Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support benefit administration, audits, benchmarking, vendor evaluations, and program enhancements.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS management, leave administration, or People Operations
• Experience working within HRIS platforms and managing employee data and workflows from (ADP, Rippling, UKG and/or Paylocity)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, retirement administration, and leave management
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA, COBRA, disability, and state leave programs
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and process improvement focused approach
