Contract Recruiter (Non-Technical)

Join , a leading healthtech company, as a mid-level Contract Recruiter. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based non-engineering roles, partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work independently with minimal supervision and have the opportunity to improve recruiting processes. This is a remote position with the possibility of extension after an initial three-month engagement. - Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of U.S.-based, non-Engineering open roles, from intake through offer. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines. - Proactively source and engage passive candidates for harder-to-fill or specialized roles using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or healthtech company, or otherwise within the broader technology space - A career path that includes time at a larger, more established company (exposure to mature recruiting processes and best practices) as well as at a startup (comfort with ambiguity, speed, and scrappiness) is strongly preferred - Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-generation tools - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full requisition load with minimal supervision - Experience recruiting in both high-volume and proactive/passive-sourcing capacities - Experience using Ashby (ATS) to manage pipelines and reporting - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers quickly
