About The Role

Join EGYM, a leading fitness technology company, as a Senior UX Content Designer. In this role, you will implement and validate content strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, maintain content standards, drive operational excellence, and engage with stakeholders. Implement and validate content strategies while crafting clear, engaging content that enhances user experiences across digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content throughout the design process, from wireframes to final experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve content through data-driven decisions.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
Tools: You are proficient with content management systems, Figma, Miro, and AI-powered support tools
Languages: You communicate with professional fluency in English. German, French, or additional languages are a significant plus
Attention to Detail: You pick up on things others miss, spotting inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities that strengthen the overall product experience
Writing & Content Strategy: You possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills and bring proven experience developing customer-centric content strategies for B2B and B2B2C products
Industry Fluency: You demonstrate a strong affinity for sports, fitness, and longevity, with a deep understanding of the industry's language and terminology, enabling you to create authentic content for professional partners and end users
Collaboration & Research: You combine strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with experience using user research and usability testing to inform content decisions
