Technical Enablement Manager

• Ensuring a smooth process in the implementation of Connected Training Floors, including interfaces to member management and smart cardio.
• Driving the successful implementation of personalized apps for customers, ensuring all technical feature sets are met.
• Understanding customer needs and determining implementation processes through close communication to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• You have a strong technical understanding of software systems and mobile apps and are ideally familiar with APIs. Programming skills are an advantage
• You can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find solutions promptly through close communication with your colleagues
• You are fluent in English and Spanish or French
• You have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce and Jira
• You have experience in working with customers and can successfully manage customer meetings, even for more complex customer issues
• You are curious, like to take the initiative, are eager to learn and can deal well with change
• You are characterized by analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, have a high level of consulting competence and a quick grasp of new ideas
