Head of Credit Risk

Join Abound, a fast-growing fintech company redefining consumer lending in the UK and beyond. As the Head of Credit Risk, you will support the Chief Risk Officer in overseeing credit risk management across multiple products, channels, and geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and clarity of credit risk management information, defining and maintaining standardized credit risk reporting frameworks, and coordinating inputs from various teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong sense of ownership and accountability, as well as technical fluency in credit risk concepts.

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in overseeing credit and product risk management across multiple products, channels, and geographies.
• Own and oversee the completeness, accuracy, and clarity of credit risk management information across the business.
• Define and maintain standardized credit risk reporting frameworks, metrics, and definitions to ensure consistency and comparability as the business scales.
