As an IT Support Analyst, you will work in a Microsoft cloud-first environment, supporting and administering various technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their skills in modern workplace technologies and IT operations.

Support and administer Microsoft Intune across Windows 11, iOS, and Android devices, including BYOD enrolment and compliance enforcement.
Assist in maintaining device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, and application deployments.
Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms issues, and provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
