About The Role

Join Abound, a fast-growing fintech company redefining consumer lending in the UK and beyond. As a Technical Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in building talent pipelines for our Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Credit Risk teams. You will work closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to attract high-quality technical talent and contribute to improving sourcing processes and candidate engagement strategies.
