Head of Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth

Join Owner, a rapidly growing restaurant technology company, as the Head of Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our creator ecosystem, identifying and recruiting creators, developing long-term partnerships, and turning creator content into a major acquisition channel. You will also own the strategy, operations, and growth of our creator channel, and partner closely with various teams to maximize impact. • Proven experience scaling creator programs from dozens to hundreds of partners
• Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes
• Familiarity with creator attribution and partnership measurement systems
• Strong systems thinker who can build processes that scale
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
• Innovation using AI tools to automate workflows and building a culture of drive AI fluency within the team
• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or growth
