About The Role

Join Owner, a fast-growing company, as an IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technology experience in our San Francisco office, supporting the executive team and warehouse operations. You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our devices, networks, conference rooms, and operational systems. Additionally, you will build processes, automation, documentation, and infrastructure to support our growth. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong technical skills, experience supporting senior leaders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • You have a natural inclination to automate repetitive work — whether that's MDM workflows, scripting routine tasks, or building out ticket routing rules. You notice inefficiency and do something about it
  • You're someone who can operate in a role with real ownership and no rigid playbook
  • You're comfortable with networking fundamentals: configuring APs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and handling basic VLAN and WiFi work without waiting on a vendor for every config change. You don't need to be a network engineer, but you should be able to own the setup
  • You've supported senior leaders before and understand what that actually means: being proactive, reading the room, moving fast without making noise, and treating discretion as a baseline expectation
  • Strong macOS fluency is a must, with solid working knowledge of iOS and ideally some exposure to ChromeOS and Android. You've managed device fleets end-to-end — MDM enrollment, imaging, asset tracking — and you keep things clean and documented without being asked
  • You've worked with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack at an admin level, not just as a user. Familiarity with our broader SaaS stack is a plus — the more of it you've touched, the faster you'll hit the ground running
