Senior Software Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of our identity and access platform. You will have direct ownership over login, session management, permissions, roles, service-to-service authentication, and the APIs and infrastructure that every product team at Owner relies on. This is a unique opportunity to shape a foundational security platform in a remote work environment.

• Contribuer à la conception et à l'amélioration des systèmes d'authentification et d'autorisation qui alimentent chaque surface de produit sur la plateforme.

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production backend systems, with a track record of owning critical services end to end — not just contributing to them
• Hands-on experience building authentication, authorization, identity, permissions, security, or similar platform infrastructure
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, databases, and operational reliability
• Comfort with Typescript or Javascript — with deep experience in building web-scale applications
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency — you don’t wait for perfect requirements, you drive toward clarity and keep things moving
