Talent Sourcer (Engineering)

Join our team as a Talent Sourcer (Engineering) and play a crucial role in building and owning the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Engineering team's growth. You will be responsible for market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to attract world-class technical talent. • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful: you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told
• Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball
