About The Role

Join Radiant as a Social & Content Manager, where you'll be responsible for day-to-day content production across social media, presentations, and visual assets. This hands-on role requires excellent writing skills, proficiency in design tools, and experience in content marketing or brand communications. You'll create social content, design graphics, produce presentation materials, and build content packages for major announcements. • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications
  • Experience managing social accounts for brands or executives
  • Comfort working fast with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
  • Strong portfolio showing range: social posts, graphics, slides, short-form video
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in energy, aerospace, defense tech, or other "hard tech" sectors
  • Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
  • Motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar)
  • Photography skills for capturing team/facility content
  • Experience with social analytics and reporting
