Technical Recruiter (2026 New Graduate)

Join Radiant, a cutting-edge technology company, as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from building the pipeline to coordinating interviews and securing offers. You will have the opportunity to find niche talent markets for specialized engineering roles and create talent market reports to inform recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will gain hands-on exposure to hiring across multiple technical functions and help shape the company's recruitment processes and tools.

• Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de l'ouverture à la clôture, en construisant le pipeline, en sélectionnant les candidats, en coordonnant les entretiens et en obtenant les offres signées.
• Identifier des marchés de talents de niche pour des rôles d'ingénierie spécialisés en utilisant des ressources telles que les dépôts GitHub, les articles arXiv, les listes de diffusion techniques, etc.
• Créer des rapports sur le marché des talents basés sur des recherches que vous menez pour aider à élaborer des stratégies de recrutement mieux informées.
• You're able to hold a genuine conversation with technical candidates, curious enough to ask good questions, and honest enough to admit when something's outside your depth
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or coordination, or you've picked it up on your own and can point to something that proves it
• A genuine pull toward hardware, nuclear, physics, or AI/ML; you don't need an engineering background, just real curiosity
• Something outside the classroom that shows real team influence, a club you led, student government, a project you built, a sport you competed in, or work you volunteered for
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• A bias toward action: you move quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and know when to raise your hand for help
• Comfort picking up new tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing, LLM platforms, even without direct prior experience
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major is a plus
• Any prior exposure to hardware, software, engineering, or tech recruiting, even informally
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission
