Director, Professional Services, EMEA

Join Klaviyo, a leading marketing automation platform, as the Director of Professional Services for the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead and develop the EMEA Professional Services team, set the standard for the enterprise customer experience, and own the region's performance across services delivery, sales growth, and customer advocacy. You will also build partnerships with EMEA Sales and Customer Success, serve as the senior escalation point for complex regional engagements, and contribute to the global Professional Services leadership team.

• Lead and develop the existing EMEA Professional Services team, setting the regional performance standard and development culture.
• Own the EMEA region's performance across services delivery, sales growth, and customer advocacy, driving productive utilization, on-time completion, budget adherence, and services attach.
• Build the GTM partnership with EMEA Sales and Customer Success, making Professional Services a regional growth engine through joint pipeline reviews and shared accountability.
