Enterprise Enablement Partner, EMEA

Join Klaviyo, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Principal Enablement Partner for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the enablement strategy, driving adoption of global programs, and supporting the growth and success of our sales teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on the success of our EMEA sales organization.

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the EMEA sales organization, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to sales rep development, from onboarding through promotion.
• Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous learning.
