HRIS Manager (Workday)

You will work across various departments to solve problems and drive smarter processes. Additionally, you will lead and mentor your team, set clear priorities, and establish scalable processes for long-term success.

• Be the go-to owner for your Workday modules, driving enhancements, releases, and fixes.
• Work across People, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to solve problems end-to-end.
• Identify what’s manual, broken, or overly complex and fix it, building workflows that reflect how and where people work.
