Principal Enablement Partner, BDR

Join Klaviyo, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Principal Enablement Partner. In this global role, you will develop and execute the enablement strategy for the BDR organization, enhance onboarding and advancement programs, and drive adoption of global enablement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present quarterly business reviews to sales leadership. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in sales/GTM enablement, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of sales dynamics.

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization, including the development and execution of the BDR strategy for driving adoption of global enablement programs.
• Enhance the existing BDR Onboarding program and the BDR → AE advancement program to prepare BDRs for their roles and ensure their success.
• Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop a comprehensive approach to in-seat BDR skill development.
