Senior Financial Analyst – R&D

As a Senior Financial Analyst of R&D, you will play a critical role in driving and efficiently scaling Klaviyo's innovation engine. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations that contribute to the overall success of Klaviyo's R&D organization. • In partnership with the FP&A Manager and broader FP&A team, manage annual and quarterly R&D OpEx forecasting, reporting, analytics, and the monthly close and forecasting process.
• Advise Engineering, Product, and GTS leaders on financial implications of strategic decisions, including long-term planning, investment tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain flexible financial models for R&D headcount planning, capitalized software tracking, scenario planning, and ad-hoc analyses.
