Senior HR Business Partner (GTM), EMEA

Join Klaviyo, a leading marketing automation platform, as a Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership and executive coaching to EMEA leaders, apply deep knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You will also use data to identify people trends and translate them into recommendations, and partner with the Talent Management COE to launch and run initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in London, UK.

• Strategic HR partnership and executive coaching to EMEA leaders and people managers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Applying deep knowledge of employment law across multiple EMEA jurisdictions to give compliant, pragmatic guidance on complex employee relations issues.
• Using data to identify people trends and translate them into recommendations, programs, and projects.
