Senior Lead Product Manager, Enterprise

• Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
• Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
• Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions and deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels.
