Senior Product Manager, Profiles Platform

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s core profile data system, including profile traits, transformations, and storage layers.
• Serve as the product owner for the source of truth for customer data across the platform, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Partner closely with engineering to evolve profile data architecture and services at massive scale, driving improvements in profile data quality.
