Senior Recruiter

You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, improving our hiring process, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and being an ambassador for Klaviyo. You should have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and be deeply people-centric, data-informed, and results-oriented.

• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates, managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Utilizing data and analytics to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
