• Partner with senior leaders in the R&D organization to provide candid advice and support on people-related challenges, including organizational design and talent risk.
• Drive the talent strategy for the R&D organization, translating business priorities into people strategies that support growth and scalability.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting high standards for HRBP work and creating conditions for their success.
