About The Role

Join Klaviyo, a leading marketing automation platform, as a Sr. Lead AI Engineer. In this hands-on tech lead role, you will define and improve the engineering architecture for Service and Marketing AI capabilities, build and harden AI serving systems, and evolve our agentic architecture. You will also set engineering standards for AI services, lead cross-team technical work, mentor and uplevel engineers, and help build the Palo Alto hub. The position is based in Boston, MA and requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend and distributed systems.
