Forward Deployed Engineer

Join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of building an AI-native social engineering defense platform. You'll design scalable systems that monitor billions of domains, social media accounts, apps, and dark web forums, leveraging AI agents to identify and neutralize digital threats. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, customer empathy, product intuition, and the ability to execute independently in ambiguous environments.

• Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non technical customers to solve technical problems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Product-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred)
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs)
• Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
