Forward Deployed Engineer

Join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of building an AI-native social engineering defense platform. You'll work directly with customers to solve complex problems, develop AI-powered automations, and create customer-facing applications. This role requires strong software engineering skills, customer empathy, and the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Product-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs)
• Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred)
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non technical customers to solve technical problems
