Product Operations Engineer

• Driving operational excellence across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and Customer teams to help scale an AI-native security platform.
• Turning ambiguous problems into repeatable processes, improving how products are built and launched, and ensuring teams have the operational foundation to execute quickly.
• Improving execution, creating scalable processes, enabling product teams with data and insights, and ensuring successful product delivery.
• Strong analytical and technical fluency (SQL, APIs, product analytics, data pipelines, ML concepts) to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions
• Proven track record improving cross-functional product operations and driving strategic initiatives in fast-moving environments
• Clear, direct communicator who aligns Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Leadership around priorities, execution, and measurable business outcomes
• Relentless about operational excellence: identifies bottlenecks, streamlines workflows, and enables Product and Engineering teams to move faster
• Metrics-driven: defines KPIs, builds dashboards, synthesizes customer and business insights, and ensures product decisions are backed by data
• Excellent at designing scalable processes for roadmap planning, product launches, feedback loops, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
