Customer Support Advisor Portuguese/English/Spanish/Italian

Join OVHCloud as a Customer Support Advisor, where you'll provide advice, support, and solutions to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer requests, handling escalations, keeping customers updated, offering after-sale support, and participating in customer loyalty programs. This position requires proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, as well as strong time management and customer-centered skills. Shift work on weekends and/or nights is required, with a hybrid option available.

• Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant l'administration des comptes, la facturation et le suivi des commandes, par différents canaux (téléphone, e-mail, chat).
• Répondre aux escalades des clients et les aider à naviguer dans les processus corrects chez OVHCloud.
• Participer à différentes missions avec l'équipe, en aidant à soutenir les programmes de fidélisation des clients.
