About The Role

Join WhiteLab Genomics, a TechBio company revolutionizing genomic medicine through AI. As a Business Development intern, you'll support CRM management, prospect identification, value proposition adaptation, AI agent development, and cross-functional support to the Business Development team. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in Business or Data Science, a strong analytical mindset, and a background in life sciences.

  • Gérer et optimiser le CRM (HubSpot), structurer et maintenir des données CRM propres.
  • Identifier et qualifier les prospects, définir et affiner les critères de ciblage.
  • Contribuer à la personnalisation des messages et des supports de vente.

**What we’re looking for**

  • Master’s degree (final year/M2) in Business, Data Science or a related field; strong interest in AI tools and B2B sales analytics.
  • Life sciences background, though prior biotech/pharma exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data (CRM data, dashboards, KPIs)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM), data structuring, workflows, reporting.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reporting (Hubspot/Excel/Google Sheets, or other BI tools).
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, ideally Claude, and interest in building AI agents (prompting, automation, basic scripting).
  • Good command of Excel/spreadsheets for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations (targetin.g, value proposition).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales/Business Development processes.
  • Familiarity with sales/marketing analytics concepts (funnel metrics, conversion tracking).

**Nice to Have**

  • Basic scripting/coding skills (Python, no-code/low-code tools, or similar) to support agent development.
  • Experience with automation or workflow tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot Workflows).
  • Knowledge of data querying for deeper CRM analysis.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM-based agents
  • Background or coursework in life sciences, biotech, or techbio industry knowledge.
  • Prior internship or project experience in a startup environment.
