About The Role

Join WhiteLab Genomics as a Senior Scientist in Translational Science. In this key scientific leadership role, you will drive and coordinate non-clinical research activities across our programs. You will contribute to the design, validation, and advancement of non-clinical strategies supporting the development of next-generation gene and cell therapies. Your work will directly support critical go/no-go decisions and the progression of our therapeutic portfolio. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the robust design, execution, and interpretation of non-clinical studies.

  • Contribuer à la conception, à la validation et à l'avancement des stratégies non cliniques soutenant le développement des thérapies géniques et cellulaires de nouvelle génération.
  • Diriger et contribuer aux études précliniques visant à valider les technologies internes et les actifs biologiques novateurs, y compris les vecteurs viraux et non viraux.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes pour garantir la conception, l'exécution et l'interprétation robustes des études non cliniques.
  • You hold a PhD or are a highly experienced engineer in Molecular Biology, or a
  • related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in gene therapy, or closely related
  • biotechnological applications in industry (start up environment is a plus).
  • You have demonstrated leadership in the design, execution, and interpretation of in
  • vitro and in vivo studies, with a strong command of vector development, delivery
  • systems, and translational relevance. You are comfortable making high-impact
  • scientific trade-offs and recommendations.
  • You have a solid track record of leading and governing collaborations with CROs and
  • external partners, ensuring scientific rigor, timelines, and alignment with program
  • objectives.
  • You are able to challenge, advise, and influence program direction, bringing senior-

level scientific judgment together with execution.

  • You have Experience leveraging computational biology or data-driven approaches to
  • optimize biological assets, vector design, or gene therapy delivery is a valuable
  • asset, though not mandatory.
