Senior Software Engineer (Test Infrastructure)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (Test Infrastructure) where you will play a key role in shaping the best practices and architecture of our software testing infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers across the department to implement testing policies and deliver testing capabilities, ultimately improving our velocity and ability to launch successful missions. Your responsibilities will include building and supporting in-house software testing infrastructure, integrating feedback from client teams, expanding test coverage, and mentoring team engineers.

• 8+ years' experience as a software engineer in a team environment
• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven ability to deliver reliable software testing infrastructure
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Willingness to operate in novel technical domains
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g. Github Actions)
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration and Docker containers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with common electronics test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers)
• Fluency in statistical analysis
• Experience with Software-in-the-Loop simulation

• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop integration testing
• Knowledge of C/C++
• Experience designing infrastructure or orchestration for running and reporting on end-to-end integration tests on large multi-component systems
