About The Role

Join Muon Space as a Software Engineer (Frontend) and be part of our Mission Frontend team. In this high-impact role, you will build and ship features across our Mission Command platform, contributing to the management of satellite constellations and mission operations. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with the team, and support the operational health of the features you ship.   • Contribuer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et à la livraison de fonctionnalités sur la plateforme Mission Command de Muon.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with strongly-typed frontend languages such as TypeScript or Flow
  • Strong problem solving mindset with a focus on the end user while considering long term outcomes
  • Experience working in codebases with automated CI/CD pipelines and static analysis enforcement
  • A passion for semantically correct, stable, clean code
  • Proficiency in code revision management within larger, fast-moving teams
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to complex web applications
  • Experience with AI assisted / agentic coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code
  • Experience working with SSR (server-side rendering), RSC (React server components), and isomorphic code
  • Experience working with 3d applications
  • Experience working with interactive mapping and/or geospatial data visualization
  • Experiencing working with large, cross-team monorepos
  • Experience with accessibility-focused component libraries such as React Aria or Radix UI
  • Experience with frontend observability tooling (e.g., Grafana Faro, OpenTelemetry, Sentry)
  • Have had exposure to the aerospace/space industry, satellite operations concepts, or mission-critical software environments
  • Experience authoring or maintaining CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions), containerized build/deploy pipelines (Docker, Helm), or automated dependency management tooling (e.g., Renovate, Dependabot)
