About The Role

Join our growing Legal team as the Director of Legal Affairs & Employment Expert. In this role, you will serve as the company's and its clients' professional point of contact for commercial contracts and global employment law matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate various legal contracts, handle global employment issues, provide legal guidance to clients, and work closely with the company's global partners. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to support legal workflows and improve efficiency and quality in employment law guidance.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with clients, partners, vendors, and third parties.
Handle global employment issues and serve as the expert point of contact for labor and employment law matters, including litigation.
Leverage AI-powered tools to support legal workflows, including contract analysis, legal drafting, employment law research, and synthesis of multi-jurisdiction legal requirements.
Experience in human resources or any other related field - an advantage
Multi-tasker, self-motivated and persistent
Expertise in labor and employment laws (local or international)
Fluent English (written and oral)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools as an integral part of legal workflows, including legal drafting, contract review, employment law research, legal summarization, and cross-jurisdiction legal analysis
Able to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely
Experience in litigation - an advantage
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment
EU-qualified attorney/lawyer with 5+ years' experience as in-house counsel in a High-Tech/Fintech company or prominent law firm
Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of legal advisory and employment-related legal processes while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment
