Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager

Join our Operations team as a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions. You will be the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams and support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project execution, documentation, data analysis, and operational efficiency
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
• 3+ years of experience within payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management environments
• Proven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and global workforce solutions
