Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager

Join our team as a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions. You will be the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience. You will conduct discovery sessions, develop and manage implementation plans, guide clients through platform configuration, and collaborate closely with various teams. Additionally, you will support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems, identify project risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management solutions
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project execution, documentation, data analysis, and operational efficiency
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience within payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management environments
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and global workforce solutions
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot
