As a Brand & Creative Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our creative workflows and enhancing collaboration within the team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Munich or Berlin.

  • Lead the end-to-end operating model for Brand & Creative, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery workflows.
  • Partner with Creative leadership to forecast capacity, spot bottlenecks, and rebalance workload across projects.
  • Manage and evolve the team's tool stack, including project management, DAM/asset libraries, and design tools.
