Associate Analyst, Revenue & AI (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As an Associate Analyst in Revenue & AI, you will work at the intersection of analytics and analytics engineering, owning data models, supporting analytical coverage, and contributing to AI-powered workflows. This role requires strong SQL skills, exposure to dbt, and experience with BI tools. You will be based in Munich, Berlin, or Dublin, with a hybrid work model.

• Own and develop dbt models, contribute to the semantic layer, and ensure a single source of truth for GTM reporting.
• Support analytical coverage of pipeline health, MRR/NRR, expansion signals, and regional performance using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Contribute to LLM-powered workflows and automated reporting pipelines that replace manual analytical tasks.
