Account Executive (d/f/m) - Payroll Expansion

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As an Account Executive for Personio Payroll, you'll drive growth by converting existing customers into users of our payroll solution. You'll manage the full sales cycle, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with various teams to integrate Personio Payroll into customers' IT landscapes. This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Berlin.

• Identifying and converting existing Personio customers into users of Personio Payroll, driving growth within established accounts.
• Managing the full sales cycle from the first interest of an existing customer through to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Personio Payroll, using a hunter mindset to identify customer needs and sell solutions.
