People Systems & AI Integrations Specialist (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that helps small and medium-sized organizations streamline their HR processes. As a People Systems & AI Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and building automated workflows, supporting various teams within the People function, and ensuring the day-to-day health of our People systems. This role requires a strong background in people systems, operations, or insights, as well as hands-on experience with automation tools and HRIS platforms.

• Assurer la santé quotidienne de nos systèmes de gestion des personnes, y compris notre HRIS Personio et les outils associés, en veillant à ce que tout fonctionne de manière fiable.
• Concevoir et construire des flux de travail automatisés entre nos systèmes de gestion des personnes et Snowflake, en utilisant des outils d'automatisation et d'IA.
• Agir en tant que constructeur interne pour la fonction People, en traduisant leurs besoins opérationnels en automatisations, applications et solutions de données.
