Platform Engineer - Developer experience L4 (f/m/d)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that helps small and medium-sized organizations streamline their HR processes. As a Platform Engineer (Developer Experience), you will design and support platform solutions that empower over 300 developers across 40 product teams. You will build and evolve our gRPC-GraphQL gateway, create internal tools and libraries/SDKs, and analyze and optimize platform systems. This role requires 3+ years of experience in platform engineering and/or backend development, strong programming skills in a JVM language, and a passion for developer productivity and platform excellence.

• Design and support platform solutions that empower developers across multiple product teams, improving workflows and productivity.
• Build and evolve the gRPC-GraphQL gateway that connects frontends with backend services, enhancing integration and performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless platform integration, drive technical excellence, and manage technical debt.
