Senior/Staff Product Manager - Internal AI (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As a Senior/Staff Product Manager for Internal AI, you will shape the roadmap, build and ship to production, and drive adoption and outcomes. You will work closely with department leadership and C-level stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign workflows. You will also design, build, test, and deploy automations and agents, and track usage and impact after deployment. This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich, Berlin, or Dublin.

• Shape the roadmap by mapping workflows with department leadership and C-level stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, build, test, and deploy automations and agents across your domain using Personio's internal AI stack, taking solutions from initial scoping through to production systems.
• Drive adoption and outcomes by tracking usage and impact after deployment and iterating based on real usage, not spec assumptions.
