Senior Enablement Architect (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As a Senior Enablement Architect, you will design and maintain the competency framework, build Gong scorecards, lead content architecture, drive the Data & Systems partnership, maintain cross-team coherence, and lead AI-driven cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong information architecture instincts, content governance discipline, technical fluency, cross-functional credibility, comfort with ambiguity, and an understanding of adult learning and sales methodology.

• Design and maintain the competency framework and skills rubric that anchors the entire system, covering AE, AM, and BDR audiences.
• Define the behavioral rubric for each audience, own the calibration process, and ensure per-rep skill scores are consistent, defensible, and grounded in Personio’s commercial methodology.
• Own the metadata schema and tagging standards across Confluence and Trumpet, and identify and close content gaps where a skill gap exists but no tagged content is available to address it.
