Lead Payroll Sales (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As the Lead Payroll Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on cross-selling Personio Payroll to our existing customer base. This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Berlin.

• Lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing team of senior account executives focused on cross-selling Personio Payroll to existing customers.
• Coach Account Executives in the team, define new standards for growth, and invest in continuous skill development.
• Analyze processes data-driven to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, ARPA, and other KPIs, and achieve set goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
