(Senior) Payroll Expert - Presales (f/m/x)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As a Payroll Solution Consultant, you will support the German sales team, drive customer acquisition, and act as a subject matter expert on German payroll compliance. You will also play a significant role in building Personio's market presence in Germany and actively use AI tools to enhance your impact. This role requires office attendance in Munich or Berlin.

• Own the presales motion for Payroll: Be a primary point of contact for our German sales team on all Payroll-related opportunities.
• Run compelling demos and discovery: Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover customer needs, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly connect Personio Payroll to customer pain points and business outcomes.
• Validate and scope solutions: Collaborate with Account Executives to define technical requirements, validate product fit, and scope solution design, ensuring what's promised is deliverable.
