Senior Platform Engineer - DevTools (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that helps small and medium-sized organizations streamline their HR processes. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HR technology and have a direct impact on our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the core developer platform, designing AI-assisted developer tooling, and improving the developer experience. This role requires 2 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Dublin.

• Build and maintain the core developer platform, including CI/CD, developer workflows, and the build, test, and release infrastructure.
• Design and ship AI-assisted developer tooling, including plugins, skills, agents, and automations that improve the development process.
• Treat developer experience like a product by engaging with users, identifying friction points, and implementing improvements based on data and telemetry.
