Join Personio, a leading HR technology company, as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, you will identify and engage with top talent for product and engineering roles, conduct candidate screenings, and produce insightful reports on talent markets. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and leadership to deliver tailored sourcing solutions. This is a 6-month maternity cover position based in London, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

• Identifying and mapping talent pools across Engineering, Product, and Design at all levels, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Engaging passive candidates through personalized, compelling outreach strategies, creating interest in Personio's mission and opportunities.
• Conducting initial conversations to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest, ensuring only high-quality candidates progress to the interview process.
