Senior Solutions Engineer ATCH (d/f/m)

Join Personio, an intelligent HR platform that simplifies complex tasks for small and medium-sized organizations. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will support the sales team in Austria and Switzerland, collaborate on sales opportunities, and drive customer acquisition. You will have a strong technical background, be customer-centric, and have a deep understanding of the market for mid-sized customers in ATCH. This position is office-based in Munich, with 3 days per week required in the office.

• Actively support the sales team in developing account/opportunity strategies and commercial positioning for mid-market customers in Austria and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with account executives to determine and validate technical requirements and solution scope, leveraging deep technical knowledge of Personio’s product suite.
• Drive expertise around product positioning, product use cases, technical landscape, and demo best practices, and support the creation of commercial proposals and executive presentations.
